A wonderful afternoon of music and dancing in The Gables this afternoon as the residents enjoyed a return visit from the amazing Alice Rees. We all remembered old friends and fun times while we remenisenced and danced to music from Doris Day to Connie Francis to name a few. Thankyou Alice for another lovely afternoon.
On a sunny afternoon in the conservatory we enjoyed a craft session with help from Tracey and Sam. We created pictures of cats using buttons which turned out looking very effective,Geoff decided to do an individual drawing of a cat. Well done everyone.
Nyton House is not only a warm and welcoming family run Care Home but its a family affair all round with relatives, staff and their family's coming along to join in activities and help out. Another busy week included flower arranging, birthdays and visits from Pet Therapy Dogs and Rabbits!![]()

Nyton House had an amazing morning as we enjoyed our first visit from Cottentail Companions and their owner Carys. Ivy and George who are Pet Therapy Rabbits went down a storm as they were wheeled around in their costumised pram being petted by all our residents. The emotion and joy these animals brought to the morning was just delightful to see. Thank you so much Carys and her friend Emma who helped on the day we can't wait for a return visit.Thank you again from All at Nyton House![]()
